Horse Hotel Facilities

• Outside pens approximately 12’ x 24’

• 50’ x 90’ barn

• Certified Hay for sale

• Stock trailers available to borrow

• Wheelbarrows and forks available for cleaning stalls

Rates

• $20.00 a night per horse

• Water, sewer and electric hook-ups for LQ/Campers

• $45.00/night – LQ Trailer/Camper for 2 people

• $5.00 per person per night for extra people

Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferrable.

Must cancel 30 days in advance
or full payment is due.

Rules and Regulations

• Load, unload, and saddle only at the barn

• Tack may be stored in the barn

• No horses on the grass or at the campsites

• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your dog.

• Pet walk along the south fence.

• Clean pens early morning, in the evening and at departure ($ 50.00 charge assessed if left unclean).

• Empty wheelbarrows. No partially full wheelbarrows left in the barn.

• We furnish stock trailers for your use. You clean them after using them.

• Please clean up after your horse in the barn and in the driveway.

• No rugs on the grass, please.

• No smoking in/near the barn or on the trails.
